  • Do you offer training for my staff?

    Petopia offers online training sessions. Upon registration, we will invite you and your team to a webinar for live training. In addition to this webinar, we also have step-by-step guides within the app to help them.

  • Is the customer and pet information stored?

    Yes, all information is kept in the system and so it will be right at your fingertips when you need it. You can see customer history and pet information as soon as the details are entered.

  • I’m an individual pet owner. Can I get Petopia?

    Sure! However, keep in mind that unless your boarding or grooming facility utilizes the app, it may not add any benefit for you. It requires a business code for registration so we can link you to the correct facilities. Like the concept, but your pet facility isn’t using Petopia? Suggest it to them! Often, business owners are open to the concept, they just have not discovered the app and the time saving and convenience it offers!

  • How does the cloud-based system benefit me?

    First, no more huge computer system and IT investments. Your information will be accessible from anywhere you have a computer or smartphone, via this easy app. Another benefit is that the software will automatically update and stays up to date with security, so you will never have to worry about paying for a massive system update or losing information.

  • How much does Petopia cost?

    We offer a free 30-day trial with no credit information needed. After that, we charge based on your selected plan. Contact our sales team to see a complete pricing list.

  • Will I need to sign a contract? What is your cancellation policy?

    No commitment required! You are able to cancel your subscription at any time (but we’re sure you won’t want to)! Simply visit your settings and hit “Cancel Subscription” or contact our support team for assistance.

  • How do I get started?

    We offer a 30-day trial. At any time during this trial, you can upgrade to the plan of your choice by contacting our sales team. Or, after day 30 you will receive a pop up in the app asking you to select the plan to which you would like to upgrade.
